Channeling my inner Martha

Practice doesn't make perfect but eff it - I'm going to try my best in the cooking department. Since I have a lot of chicken in the freezer, I'd like to make some things from Cooking Light this month, as well as a seafood dish.

Let's see how I do!

PSA: I've added chicken sausage to mac & cheese before for extra protein, it's yummy. or you could add shrimp or cubed chicken, too.

i never think chicken marsala looks good, what is the appeal anyways? looks like you did good on the rest! looks tastey and fun! come over and cook for me anytime :)
