+2 pounds - wtf...& YOGA!!!

Downside - I gained 2 pounds since starting my GET FIT PLAN 11 days or so ago. Whatever. I go cut.

jk.

Upside - GET FIT PLAN DAY 11 - Jogged with the doggies for 40 minutes and burned 266 calories and did 1 hour of yoga with MBOC and burned 240 calories.

Want to join me for a yoga class at 24hour? I forgot how challenging it can be and what a great all body workout it is. I am sore ALL OVER today!

I love yoga. Have you ever tried Bikram (sp?) yoga? You're basically in a very hot room doing power yoga for awhile. It's intense. It feels like death. But it's oh so cleansing.
