I'm so excited! I got myself an early birthday present - a new camera! Just in time to get familiar with it before our vacation to Alaska at the end of May. I want to take some great photos while we're there.
It's the Nikon D40, thank you especially to Wemo and Kim for their input. I got a great package deal that included:
-18-55 lense (lens?) - I still don't know which lens I will use more but I'll figure it out hopefully
-4gb card
- camera bag
- extra battery pack
- extra 55-200 lense (lens?)
- instructional dvds

How fun. My husband hogs ours. We got it in August and I think I've been able to snap 3 pictures with it since then.
